BetaScroll too much? Add friction at the doorway.
Scrolling is easier to change when the doorway changes. Rebuilt starts with friction, not shame: move the app, protect one window, and make the replacement obvious.
The useful answer
If scrolling keeps taking over, do not start with willpower. Start where the loop begins: home screen, lock screen, bed, bathroom, first ten minutes, or the work break where the feed becomes automatic.
What Rebuilt teaches
The Scroll Path uses short cards for app distance, no-scroll windows, digital sunset, and replacement choices. It treats the feed as an environment loop rather than a personal failure.
Where to start
Pick one doorway and add one wall. Move the app off the home screen, charge the phone outside the bedroom, or set a first-ten-minutes rule before opening feeds.

Questions
Is Rebuilt anti-phone?
No. The goal is not purity. The goal is to put friction at the places where feeds keep taking time you meant to use differently.
