These terms govern your use of the Rebuilt public beta. By using the product, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the product.

Eligibility. Rebuilt is intended for adults aged 18 and over. By using the product you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Acceptable use. Please use the product responsibly and keep your account details secure. Do not misuse the product, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, or use it in any way that is unlawful or that infringes the rights of others.

Educational use — not medical advice. The beta is provided for educational use. It is not medical advice, therapy, diagnosis, or crisis support. Do not rely on Rebuilt as a substitute for professional care, and seek qualified help when you need it. If you are in crisis or may be a danger to yourself or others, contact your local emergency services.

Beta and changes. Beta features, copy, and availability may change, be suspended, or be withdrawn as the product develops. We may update these terms from time to time; when we make material changes we will update the date above.

Disclaimer of warranties.To the fullest extent permitted by law, the beta is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. This does not affect any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rebuilt will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the beta. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Austria, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live.
