Daytime energy is not one switch. Sleep, food timing, hydration, movement, and light all push on the same day, so closing one leak can shift the next few hours.

Your body is always managing supply

Energy is not one bucket you either have or do not have.

It is a supply problem your body keeps solving in real time. Food quality, blood sugar swings, oxygen, and movement all change how steady that supply feels.

Movement tells the body to stay capable
